Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the moment you receive your items to request a return.

How it works

To start a return, just email us at Hello@Liefde2.nl with:

- Your order number

- The email address you used to place the order

- Which items you’d like to return

- A short note if something is wrong with the item (if applicable)

Once we’ve received your request, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. The return costs are €4,95, which are paid by the customer. Please note: returns without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Condition of items

Items need to be in the same condition as when you received them and not used by you. Since our clothes are second-hand, we don’t work with tags or original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away so we can fix it quickly.

EU cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind your bank or credit card may take a little longer to process.
